Interim terms — pending attorney review

No published, jurisdiction-verified Data Processing Addendum exists yet in the legal registry, so nothing on this page is currently in force as a verified DPA. This page states what is true today and what Enterprise customers should do instead. It will change after attorney review.

1. Current status

The legal registry holds a dpa document slot in draft state with review status pending-legal-review. Until counsel publishes a jurisdiction-verified version, IDEOSCREEN offers no standard DPA counter-signature flow in the product.

Enterprise plans are contract-priced (see Pricing). Production houses and studios that need a signed DPA should use the support form and ask for sales; data-processing terms are then negotiated per contract rather than accepted by click-through.

2. What the product actually does with your data

Content you create (projects, screenplays, characters, comments, uploads) is hosted to operate the service for you, as described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Model training on your content is opt-in only via the ai_training consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Self-serve data tools live under Settings > Privacy: file and track data export requests, control consent, or erase account data through the two-step confirmed deletion flow. A per-scope manifest reports what was completed or refused.
